Terms and Conditions — Mirae Skin Atelier

1. Identification

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments, and agreements between Mirae Skin Atelier and the client. By booking — by phone, email, WhatsApp or via our website — you confirm that you accept these terms.

3. Appointments

  • An appointment request is final only after written confirmation from us by email.
  • We confirm requests within 24 hours (usually faster).
  • You receive a calendar invitation with date, time, treatment and address.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Up to 24 hours before the appointment you can cancel or reschedule free of charge, via email, WhatsApp or phone.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the treatment fee is charged as compensation for the reserved time.
  • No-show without notice: the full fee is charged.
  • Mirae Skin Atelier reserves the right to reschedule in exceptional cases (e.g. illness of the practitioner). In that case we offer a new slot or full refund.

5. Rates and payment

  • Current rates are listed on our Treatments page. All prices include VAT.
  • Booking is free. No prepayment or deposit required.
  • Payment is made immediately after the treatment in the atelier — by card, cash or Tikkie.
  • Rates may be adjusted annually. For confirmed appointments the rate at time of confirmation applies.

6. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the issue date unless stated otherwise. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are personal.

7. Client obligations

  • You are required to disclose relevant medical information, allergies, ongoing skin treatments, and use of certain products or medications (such as retinoids, isotretinoin, antibiotics) before the treatment.
  • If in doubt, we recommend consulting your GP or dermatologist first.
  • You arrive on time. With delays of more than 15 minutes the treatment may be shortened or cancelled; the full fee remains due.

8. Liability

  • We treat every skin with the utmost care and to professional, hygienic standards.
  • Mirae Skin Atelier is not liable for consequences of withholding or incorrectly providing medical or personal information.
  • Our liability is in all cases limited to the maximum of the treatment fee involved.
  • Damage to personal belongings during your visit (clothes, jewellery) is at your own risk.

9. Complaints

Please report complaints within 14 days of the treatment by email so we can discuss them personally. If we cannot resolve it, the civil court in The Hague is available to you.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Statement applies to all personal data you share with us.

11. Governing law

Dutch law exclusively applies to these terms and to all agreements with Mirae Skin Atelier. Disputes are preferably resolved amicably; ultimately the competent court in The Hague has exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

Mirae Skin Atelier reserves the right to amend these terms. The most recent version is always on this page.
